Customer Support (Inbound) with Fluency in German
We are looking for a dynamic and empathetic professional to join a contact center team, with training provided in Lisbon. The role involves handling inbound calls related to travel assistance, ensuring effective support and solutions for customers.

Main requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer support or contact center roles (preferred);
  • Fluency in German (spoken and written) – mandatory;
  • Immediate availability;
  • Availability for rotating shifts (24/7);
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, active listening, and customer orientation;
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Conditions:

  • Remote work;
  • Direct contract with the client.
